Anita Krajnik has been performing Integral Bowel Detoxification for over two years. While growing up, she was surrounded by herbal & natural traditions and music. She began her studies in biology and music at CSU, and continued in music therapy at Ohio University. Later, she enrolled at Case Western Reserve, where she was involved in music performance and education. Anita is a vocal coach for a national production company, and has performed professionally at the Cleveland Opera Theatre. She has been a model, held positive self-image classes for full figured women, and is a devoted wife and mother. Anita has been working at the Integrative Health Center since she completed her training in colon hydrotherapy in 2001 in Boston.

A while back, Anita was exposed to colon hydrotherapy to treat congestion and allergy problems. During the following three months, her condition improved, and she lost over 30 pounds. Because of the results she received, she directed another family member, whose diabetes was controlled with bowel detoxification, diet, and homeopathy.

Integral Bowel Detoxification has been successful in assisting with constipation, irregularity, sinus congestion, allergies, irritable bowel, and general detoxification programs. Initial evaluation might include a food journal, a symptom survey, urine pH, microscopy, and/or iridology. During your therapy sessions, music, aromatherapy, and massages are utilized to enhance your experience. Depending on your condition, you will be instructed about your food and fluid intake, utilization of enzymes, as well as the number of recommended sessions.
