Dr. Ronald B. Casselberry was born in October of 1957 and was raised in Dayton, Ohio. His Bachelors Degree in Natural Science was obtained from Case Western Reserve University in 1980. In 1985, he attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine where he received a Medical Doctorate Degree. Residency training in Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Management were completed at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio in 1989. While in residency, Dr Casselberry served in the United States Army Reserve in 1987, and was honorably discharged in 1996. It was in 1989 when Dr. Casselberry decided to open his private office.Over the years, the office has evolved from pain management into a more comprehensive-integrative medicine practice. The integrative process utilizes both conventional and alternative traditions to assist in your well being from the physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual levels. Conventional and functional assessment tools are utilized as a baseline before proceeding with the wellness program.
Integrative therapies include: energetic work; Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Polarity, homeopathy, nutritional counseling; diet, nutritional and herbal supplements, oxidative therapies and the elimination of toxic metals by the means of colonics, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage and reflexology.
During this evolution, Dr. Casselberry has become devoted to community service and education regarding the risks and benefits of integrative medicine. He has founded the Integrative Health Institute which has been accepted and approved by the State of Ohio Board of Proprietary Schools to teach, certify and issue diplomas in the Integrative Disciplines.
Dr. Casselberry is endlessly dedicatated to actualizing his vision for an integrated medical community, which he believes can only be reached by defining and standardizing education for integrative practices.
